Steps of the Hiring Process

Fill out an employment application.  Answer all questions completely.  We are unable to consider incomplete applications.  Completed applications can be mailed  or delivered to Liberty Corner Enterprises, Inc., 147 Coxe Avenue, Asheville, NC  28801.
 

Human Resources will screen your application.  Your previous and/or current employer(s) and the references listed in your application will be contacted (unless you indicated you do not want us to contact them at this time).
 

If your application passes the initial screening process and reference checks, you will be contacted for an interview.
 

Two or more staff from Liberty Corner Enterprises may conduct your interview.  The staff who complete your interview will pass along their recommendations to supervisor(s) with current job vacancies.
 

You may then be contacted by a supervisor for an additional interview with staff and individuals receiving support, and may be offered a position.
 

You will then make an appointment with our Human Resource Assistant to complete your employment paperwork.  You will need to bring the following information to your appointment:

  • North Carolina Drivers License

  • Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

  • Proof of Vehicle Insurance

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Additional documentation of education and training may be requested based upon the requirements of the position
     

As a condition of your employment, you will be required to present a copy of a recent physical or obtain one from your physician and take a TB test or present one which has been done during the past year.
